Why do you think New Pretty Town advocates bungee jumping?It's the only way to evacuate incase of fire!!!! Also people like to bungee jump for the fun of it.
bungee jumping-originally an ancient ritual or right of passage for the "vine jumpers" of Pentacost Island in the Pacific Ocean Vanuantu group. Every year, the men of the island's tribes build large wooden towers, over 80 ft. high. They then carefully select vines from the jungle which they then tie to their ankles before jumping off the top of the towers.

Tally- adventurous, risky, sneaky, cares about Peris and her friendship!!!
Peris- He is mean to Tally, he cares about himself, he is MEAN!!!!!!! He doesn't care aboutwhat him and Tally used to do, and how they were friends!!!

No, Tally and Peris aren't true best friends.A true best friend wouldn't care how you look, Peris wanted to wait to be friends until Tally was pretty. If I were Tally I would be furious, I'd tell him that I risked alot to come see him, and that he was a jerk!!!!!
